UK Mortgages
The UK Mortgage market has over 1,500 different mortgage products. the majority of which are aimed at the UK domestic market. We work with specialist lenders who will lend to UK Expats, Returning Expats with no UK credit footprint, even if over 60 years old, and Overseas Buyers who do not have UK residency. We concentrates on knowing and working with these specialist lenders so that we may arrange the right residential mortgage finance for our clients.

There are four types of UK Mortgages for UK Expats and Non-UK Nationals:

'Residential Mortgages' for UK Expats, where the purchaser or their family will be living in the property as their primary residence. We can arrange standard Capital Repayment mortgages and Sharia compliant mortgages.

'Buy-2-Let Mortgages' also known as 'Investment Mortgages', for UK Expats & Non-UK Nationals, where the property is bought for investment purposes and will be rented out. We can arrange both standard Interest Only mortgages and Sharia compliant mortgages.

'Bespoke Mortgages' for UK Expats & Non-UK Nationals, for higher value properties, where the minimum loan starts at £2 million and the borrower has multiple sources of income.

'Bridging Loans', which may be arranged very quickly, for a loan period of between 6 up to 24 months, on retained interest, for UK Expats & Non-UK Nationals for quick purchases from auctions, private sales and turn-around developments.
